Session Description:

Representing MSA's partner organization, the Association of Cultural Enterprises in the UK, Zak and Kingston have been invited to speak to MSA members on increasing overall institution commercial profits. From small wins to major successes and partnerships, Zak and Kingston will take you on a journey to unlock enterprise wins, highlighting opportunities for an organization’s financial sustainability no matter what resources you have. With a selection of case studies from their wins within the sector (with spotlights on losses) they’ll take you along their path and break down tangible examples of overcoming. Their stories inspire you to embrace the three steps of Knowing, Doing and Reviewing. Zak and Kingston are working to take Birmingham Museums on the enterprise offensive with their long-term goal of generating $1 million in net revenue.
