Session Description: Welcoming the Deaf Community is a co-presented workshop introducing participants to Equity and Accessibility in museum spaces. Through speaker presentation and hands-on learning activities, this session offers participants an opportunity to discover strategies to make museum shops accessible to the Deaf, while reflecting upon the value of creating inclusive communities.
