Session Description: Across the country, museums of all sizes and focus areas are engaging in the vital work of diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion (DEAI). During this session, the American Alliance of Museums will share their DEAI Primer for museums and museum professionals, as well as the current trends of DEAI work in museums throughout the field. Participants will learn how they can integrate a DEAI lens to their own work at any level and role within their institution.
